1. How do I reserve my inflatable?
Ans. Just call us at (727) 599-1215 between
8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, and request the date. We will
check our schedule and make your reservation.
2. How far in advance should I reserve my
inflatable?
Ans. The earlier you make your reservation the
better, but we will always try to work with you even if it is a last minute
request.
3. How can I pay for my rental?
Ans. You can pay by cash or check or PayPal
(including credit card). Please be
aware that payment is due when we set up the inflatable for use.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Ans. We do not require deposits, but PLEASE if
you do have to cancel, give us at least a 2 week notice so that we can find
an alternative event..
5. What about inclement weather?
Ans. If you cancel due to bad weather before we set
up, we will release you of any commitment. However, once we deliver
and set up the inflatable, no refund is available. Excessive wind would also
prevent us from setting up the inflatable.
6. What type of surface area?
Ans. The area should be relatively flat and must be
free of rocks, sticks, tree limbs, power lines and other sharp objects.
Please remove all pet droppings. Also, our inflatables cannot be set
up on concrete or asphalt surfaces, except for certain partial crossing over
small sidewalk of concrete or asphalt based on particular location.
7. Are there any utility requirements for the set
up location?
Ans. This unit must be set up within 100 feet of an
electrical outlet (that being one standard 110 volt 20 amp circuit) and
within 100 feet of water hose hookup.
8. Do you have insurance?
Ans. Yes, Jumpin' Jack Splash, LLC is fully insured
for general liability coverage. We are responsible for our unit and
the set up of said unit. It is your responsibility to supervise the
children while the inflatable is in use. The adult must abide by all
the safety rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the
children and the care of the equipment.
NOTE: NO SILLY STRING
at the party while the inflatable is there. Silly string will damage
inflatables.
